Day Two begins by translating the strategic frameworks developed during the conference into a coordinated implementation roadmap. This opening briefing synthesizes the key outcomes from Day One and identifies the governance, infrastructure, workforce, and policy priorities that must be activated to move from systems design to national deployment.

Participants will examine the critical dependencies across federal, state, clinical, and community partners, establish the sequence for implementation, and define how progress will be measured over time. The session will set the stage for a day focused on execution, collaboration, and building the operational foundation for a trusted, AI-enabled national health ecosystem.
